What are your hours of operation?

We offer two locations with flexible hours:

• Animal Medical Center of the Lowcountry - view hours & directions
• Animal Medical Center West - view hours & directions

We’re closed Sundays at both locations.

How do I make an appointment?

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we ask that you contact our office as soon as possible.

What forms of payment do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept cash, check, debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and CareCredit. Please note that payment is due at the time services are performed. View our payment policy.

What do I do if my pet is having an emergency?

If your pet is experiencing an emergency during regular business hours, immediately bring them to our clinic or call us at (843) 524-0198. If your pet’s emergency is after hours, please contact one of the following emergency care centers.

What is holistic medicine?

Holistic medicine is an alternative approach that works in conjunction with traditional medicine. Holistic treatments include acupuncture, chiropractic care, therapeutic laser, massage therapy, and more. Holistic medicine allows us to treat the whole pet by offering a variety of more natural treatment options.

Is my pet a good candidate for holistic therapies?

All pets can benefit from some level of holistic care. Many pet owners seek both traditional and holistic therapies for their pets during times of illness. The holistic therapies we have available can go a long way toward maintaining wellness and preventing disease.
